Ieva Dūmiņa, with her experience as a professional flavor technologist and her unique sense of humor, invites you to explore the diverse world of wine. At the Dūmiņi Winery, you’ll learn about the history of winemaking and how to appreciate and enjoy both dry and semi-sweet wines. At the Dūmiņa Winery, you can currently sample up to 27 different wine varieties. 
The Dūmiņa Winery has forged a new identity for itself. At its core lies the unique signature of winemaker Ieva Dūmiņa. For each of us, it is unique—just as unique as the trade secrets Ieva uses and the winemaking recipe she has perfected over the years.
