The Freedom Monument in Iecava Turns 90

On August 23 at 11:00 a.m., we invite you to a festive worship service at the Iecava Evangelical Lutheran Church.

After the service, we will march together to the Iecava Freedom Monument, where Aivars Mačeks, Chairman of the Bauska District Council, will deliver an address, and Raits Ābelnieks will give a historical reading titled “The Liberation of Iecava from the Bermontians, and the Monument Dedicated to the Heroes of These Battles.”
