Dahlia exhibition at Mežotne Palace

From 12th to 14th of September, visitors of the Mežotne Palace will have the opportunity to enjoy a magnificent exhibition of dahlias. It will feature 50 different varieties, created by breeders and collectors Elīna Zaļā and Vita Zaļā.

The exhibition will also feature two new dahlia varieties – “Emīls EZ”, dedicated to Elīna’s son, and a dark red, velvety dahlia created in honor of Latvian pop singer Andrejs Lichtenberg. This variety stands out with an elegant, rich red shade and velvety petal texture – as a tribute to the artist’s stage image and contribution.

We invite flower, gardening and culture lovers to enjoy this magnificent flower festival at Mežotne Castle!

Entrance to the exhibition with a Mežotne Palace visit ticket.
