Tradition revived in Bauska – “Country Music Festival 2025”
After a break of several years, the “Country Music Festival” returns to Bauska, which will take place on July 5 and 6 at the Pilskalns stage. Latvian country music stars – Klaidonis, Sestā Jūdze, Zelta Kniede, Apvedceļš, Aivars Birzmalis and others will take to the festival stage. Guest artists from Lithuania are also expected.
The festival organizers invite country music lovers to gather together again and experience music, dance and a warm atmosphere for two days. “Visitors to the Bauska Country Music Festival are like a big family, and it’s time for them to get together again. We want to meet old friends, dance and have fun,” says organizer Mārtiņš Ruža.
During the festival, visitors will be offered various entertainment options so that everyone – both adults and children – can have a great time. In addition to the large stage, there will also be an open stage corner in the event’s catering area, where any musician will be able to perform and delight the audience.
To mark the festival’s return, a special Bauska Country Festival book is also planned, which will compile the most vivid memories and most significant moments in the festival’s history. Visitors are invited to share their stories and photos to create a lasting historical record for future generations.
