15. June, 2025 till 5. August, 2025
On 15th of June, Mazā Mežotne Palace will open the exhibition "Whom You Pass By" by the outstanding Latvian artist Ieva Jurjāne, which will feature works from her series "End & Beginning".
"I recently heard a cuckoo. I heard a nightingale. A thrush. A lark. A swallow. I heard a woodpecker that had disappeared for several years. I only heard when I listened. I see when I look. And I notice when I think about the difference between these words and concepts. Attention has value. Life has meaning."
