Travel campaign "Get to know your neighbours in Zemgale!"

Travel campaign, which is happening already for the 9th season "Get to know your neighbours in Zemgale! 2025" started on 1st of May and will run until 31st of August.

Everyone is invited to participate in and discover new places and objects in Bauska municipality, as well as in the neighbouring Lithuanian territories of Joniskis, Birzai, Pakruojis and Pasvalys.
This year, participants must visit the 18 freely accessible attractions included in the campaign brochure and take photos at them. Also, everyone should find the campaign stickers with the letters hidden next to the 18 attractions, concluding with the 2025 campaign slogan (phrase).

When going for a drive and exploring the neighbouring attractions, we recommend stopping at the special action sign at the Bauska- Ādžūni- Pakruojis border.

After finding and filling in the travel campaign brochure, you have to present it together with photos (on your phone or camera) showing the participant and the object of the list,  at one of the tourist information centres in Bauska, Vecumnieki, Rundāle, Biržai, Pakruojis, Pasvalys or Joniskis - until 4th of September.
Each participant will also receive a small souvenir after submitting the travel campaign brochure in the respective municipality, but the main prize - 5 bicycles!
