LATVIAN VOICES Christmas concert program 'SNIEGums'.
The Christmas program of the a cappella group Latvian Voices "SNIEGUMS" is both a wintry play on words and the intention of the singers to present the most beautiful musical performance to their listeners. In this program, the human voice and space meet, this time with sound-amplifying equipment.
Latvian Voices' six-part compositions of chords and melodies include both meditative Advent hymns, "O Come Emmanuel", "See Amid the Winter's Snow", and traditional winter solstice songs in modern arrangements, "Pūtiet guni", "Pūti, puti, ziemelīti", and the world. well-known holiday tunes "Sleigh Ride", "Winter Wonderland", as well as original songs created by the band members especially for this program, "Sniegu prvat", "Winter Story" etc.
