December offer at Ausekli mill

Get to know the history and mechanisms of the Ausekli water mill (in the warm winter months) – the grain journey from sowing to flour, pies, bread, how to grind, thresh and prepare groats;

casting fortunes in a forge;

winding/making beeswax candles;

Creative workshop - making pies or decorating gingerbread and tasting them with tea/coffee.

Total duration of the tour ~ up to 2.5 hours.
