The actor's anniversary performance is a fun and touching story about a man who has an adventure that makes him reevaluate his life. Look through life's "closet" to try on which costume still fits, but which one is already too small. It is a time to reevaluate your past, present and future relationships. It could also be a story about the actor Đirta ķesteri. But maybe not. Perhaps this is a task for the audience - to guess what is from the actor's life in the story, but what is imagined. Maybe this is the story of all of us when we find ourselves in an unexpected situation? But it is definitely a story about relationships - about the desire to love and be loved!
Ģirts Ķesteris will not be alone on stage. He will be joined by Lelde Dreimane or Erika Eglija - Grāvele.

Girts ķesteris is all of them at the same time and at the same time - none of them is Đirts Ķesteris. Unrepeatable, unframed and unrecorded in standards, admired, hated, called the sexiest man in Latvia countless times, coveted by directors and loved by the public - Ģirts will celebrate his 60th birthday on 14th of February, 2024. Celebrating his anniversary, we present a production of playwright Aivas Birbeles' play written especially for Ģirts - "The Man Who Waits". Because we are all waiting to meet him and he is waiting for the audience!
