Wooden sculpture village "Jūras"

This small wooden town never ceases to surprise the visitors - the sculptures and houses made by the creative woodcarver Juris Audzijonis are worth admiring!
Here visitors are very welcome to see the wooden art made over in more than 20 years - miniature buildings and sculptures that please both adults and children. Windmill, "Arch of happiness", bridges, gates, Christ, Virgin Mary and Jesus figures, miniature church and chapel, sculpture "Bear of Luck", children's carousel, swing, bigger and smaller houses, and many other woodcarvers' creative expressions!
During the visit, the woodcarver introduces the history and meaning of each sculpture and house, as well as shares stories about how they came to be made.
