Atmosphere

A good balance of stylishness and rustic simplicity. Bright and spacious restaurant dining room with very large windows and abundant natural lighting. Wooden furniture and linen are mostly used in the interior, which, together with the abundant presence of green plants, creates a feeling of warmth and coziness. In the summer season, an outdoor terrace and outdoor tables are available in the apple orchard under the wing of the Ribbe mill. The restaurant has a children's are with a wide range of activities.

Kitchen

The restaurant offers international cuisine with delicious and healthy dishes, an extensive drink menu and excellent Italian Segafredo coffee, as well as pastry and self-baked bread. The restaurant's seasonal menu is developed in cooperation with chef Ingmārs Ladigs. Up to 100 guests can be accommodated at the tables in the restaurant room and up to 50 guests on the terrace.

Ribbes mill

The Ribbes windmill was built between 1867 and 1869 according to a Dutch-type project, which was characteristic of large and powerful windmills at that time. They got their name thanks to the surname of the first owner - Riba. The structure, equipment and details of windmills have been designed and tested over the centuries and are one of the most complex monuments of folk construction.
