On 20th of January, Saturday, at 11.00, the association "Laiks Jauniešiem" in cooperation with the Īslīce parish department will organize an orientation event for adventure trips (CAR - PHOTO) "Following the footsteps of Santa Claus", which is available to all persons who are interested in event.
The event will take place in Īslīce, Uzvara, Mežotne, Grenctāle, Rundāle parishes and the town of Bauska. Most of it will take place on asphalt concrete roads, and at all stations the team will have to complete different thematic tasks.
To participate in the adventure trip, you need to form a team of up to 9 people (1 car - category B) and you need to come up with a common team image, which will be evaluated and get extra points. The participation fee is 5 EUR per person (for example, 3 people = 15 EUR, 5 people = 25 EUR). At least one team member must have access to a smartphone, tablet or camera to perform tasks.
The event is based on the principles of Auto-Foto orientation, but this time specific topics and tasks have been introduced at each checkpoint. We guarantee that all teams will have enough time - both beginners and experienced, as well as families with small children. The total distance of the trip (there and back) is about 80 km, but it will be filled with various activities - entertaining and educational. The duration of the event, including the award ceremony, is up to 5 hours.
The adventure trip "Following the footsteps of Santa Claus" will start and end at the Īslīce House of Culture (Bauskas county, Īslīce parish, Rītasmas, Liepu street). To register for the event, you can make an electronic application until 17th of January, at 20.00 using this link: https://www.ej.uz/ljautofoto. After completing your application form, the event organizers will contact you to confirm your application and issue an invoice.
Please note that each team member is fully responsible for their actions during the event and its consequences, as well as for the damage caused to themselves and others. Photo and video recording may be done at the event, and the resulting materials may be published on social networks and media.
