V. Plūdonis monument

The monument is placed on a dolomite stone base, made out of stainless steel, then thermally specially tinted. The monument is designed like a page of a book, from which the figure of the poet himself emerges and from which the “swans fly to the sunny future", fragments of poetry are written on it. The monument to the poet was installed in 2016 and its author is Ģirts Burvis.
