Aprašymas

The current stone church was built under the leadership of priest Aleksandar Milevski, who worked as a vicar in Skaistkalne after his ordination in 1861. This is evidenced by the dedication year of the church carved in the tin weather vane - 1865. The interior of the church was decorated in the second half of the 19th century. In 1901, it was expanded. In 2009, the church was reconstructed. The church is surrounded by a garden enclosed by a metal fence. There is a spacious rectory next to the church. The congregation is part of the Jelgava diocese of the Roman Catholic clergy of Riga Metropolis.
